What should we expect at the Gala?

• We are celebrating Gaynor’s 60th Anniversary.

• This year’s event will be reception-style with a seated program.

Why is the Gala so important?

• It is our largest community event and the first time in a long time that we can all gather together - so this event feels even more special and meaningful.

• Current parents, past parents, newly accepted parents, alumni, grandparents and friends come together to build relationships and celebrate Gaynor.

• All proceeds from the event go toward supporting special initiatives at the school. This year the focus is on building the endowment and closing The Legacy Campaign.

Why should we purchase a table?

• We are encouraging those who can to purchase a table to help underwrite the event.

• Table sponsorship underwrites tickets so that our faculty and staff can attend the event for free.

• Purchasing a table package is the only way to guarantee that you will be seated with a specific group of people.

• Hosting a table allows you to invite friends and relatives to the event to celebrate Gaynor.

• Lastly, table sponsorship offers a larger tax-deduction than purchasing individual tickets.

Why purchase individual tickets?

• There are three tiers of individual tickets to fit different budgets.

• Two options include underwriting for faculty and staff tickets.

• Purchasing individual tickets might be the right choice for you if you don’t have a seating preference. Those with individual tickets will be seated by cluster.

I’ve been invited to sit at a hosted table. What other ways can I support Gaynor that evening?

• You can make an impact by raising your paddle during the paddle raise; all funds raised will go toward growing the endowment.

What if I have a group of families that I want to sit with?

• If you have enough people to fill a table of 6 or more, purchasing a table package is the best way to guarantee that you will all be seated together.
